Today I had the honor of leading an online practice for some of the staff at the Latin American Youth Center to give them some support for their incredible service. This was from a walk a few days ago.
We will all need as much compassion as possible–for others and ourselves–for the great amount of work ahead of there is to be any meaningful healing and sustainability.
The indoor plants have been multiplying. When the pandemic is no longer keeping me home most of the time, I might find there are more than I can care for well.
I love having things around the house that I have brought home from my travels. They help me imagine other times and places. The crystal conch shell I brought home from India. The turtle with its fire opal I brought home from Mexico.
