Signs Around Town
I post not of the heaviness of my heart, nor of how I am trying to contribute to the persistence and resistance, which I trust are understood, but to notice that in my neighborhood, the tree branches are swelling with incipient budding. Spring still comes.

Found Exhortation
Part of householder yoga, for me, is trying to be mindful of what and how much I consume. It may be a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but it is something I can do and the more of us who do it, the more influence we have.

From Last Saturday in Front of the White House
Got sick right after and so did not post then. More coincidence than correlation. At the Capitol, the energy includes those giving their all for truth, decency, fairness, inclusion, etc. At the White House there is no balance.

On the Walk Before the Walk to William Penn House for Tuesday Night Yoga Practice
I tried to take a picture of the moon and the clear, deep blue sky, when I was walking to William Penn House to lead Tuesday night yoga practice,but failed. The sky earlier in the day, though, was wildly photogenic.
