A Penny for Some Sunshine
Is the penny for a dream tax? Really, I am thrilled by the rain. It will make the spring-like sunny days coming that much sweeter, and gardening this weekend that much more delightful. Seeds are sprouting. I took the tropicals out on Sunday so they could catch the storm. They are soaking it up.
In Memoriam
Last night, after a long work day, for no particular reason, I found myself in my study, dipping into books by Mary Oliver. Tonight I return with more intention. Much of her writing will, no doubt, continue to speak to me.
