Signs Around Town (and Svatantrya?)
Although we are limited by space and time, we can choose to experience what of our being feels free. That is one of yoga’s choices.

An Abundance of Begonias
Yesterday I found myself contemplating prachurya–abundance. In this atmosphere of incessantly being told how much more we should want, it can be hard to recognize sufficiency, much less abundance. As a spiritual practice, I think being able to experience abundance with what we already have can both provide joy and empower generosity.
