As I walk from my airbnb to the location of a weekend yoga teacher intensive, I am given reminder that “spiritual practice” is a luxury that comes only when we have adequate nourishment and shelter.
I’m sure by now, some of you have noticed that Uma, the goddess who is all of the goddesses (as is Kali but in a different way), is, at least when transliterated, an acronym for Aum.
I am pleased and excited to announce my first public, in person practice since the inception of the pandemic.
