Signs Around Town
What a different message–signs on glass windows and those on boarded up windows. I was out of the house on Tuesday for garden supplies. How much things in the neighborhood seem to change when I’m going out only a couple times a month instead of a couple of times a day.

I spent both Saturday and Sunday morning in a meditation training with Cyndi Lee. I also attended Reggie Hubbard’s afternoon yoga practice today (celebrating Prince’s birthday). Now, more than ever, is the time to engage and to perform the focused and consistent self-inquiry and self-nurture to support lifelong action.

Day After Black Out Tuesday
Yesterday I did not post to respect the #blacklivesmatter protesters. Today, in addition to my other regular giving, I chose to support National Bailout and Movement for Black Lives. Before work I meditated. Throughout the day, I took short asana and exercise breaks. What did you do?
