I did not go to the women’s march. I was attending the first day of the second weekend of a two-weekend yoga teacher training for those recently post-trauma. I did meet others on their way with a good reminder about power.

Bearing Witness
I took formal leave from work at midday today to bear witness to those who rearranged the rest of their lives to speak to their elected officials and others about their convictions in this democracy. I wanted to let them know how much I appreciate their efforts.
